Cohen Address 4/28 at Conference on Terrorism (1997 Address)

Author: n\a Source: William Cohen, Sam Nunn Police Forum at fas.org Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and U.S. Strategy Sam Nunn Policy Forum April 28, 1997 University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia.
SECRETARY COHEN: Senator Nunn, thank you very much. As Senator Nunn has indicated, he and I have worked for many years together, along with Senator Lugar. The two of these gentlemen I feel are perhaps the most courageous and visionary to have served in the Senate. They were largely responsible, of course, for adopting the so-called Nunn/Lugar legislation. I'll comment on that later during the course of the morning, but I've had occasion to meet with a number of Russian counterparts, and as we go through various translations of the communications that we're having, the two words they are able to articulate very clearly, they say "Nunn/Lugar, Nunn/Lugar." So they know exactly what that means, and that means the Cooperative Threat Reduction Act that these two gentlemen were indispensable in shepherding through the United States Congress. It was Nunn/Lugar I that dealt with the reduction of nuclear weapons between the United States and the Soviet Union in terms of trying to come to grips with how we helped the Russians dismantle hundreds of their nuclear weapons, and also helped them with their destruction of chemical weapons. But they, of course, have looked beyond simply that particular relationship, which is very important, but also looking to the future that we face as far as the rise of terrorism -- both international and domestic -- and finding ways in which the Department of Defense can become involved in helping local states and local agencies to deal with the threat of terrorism which is quite likely to increase in the coming years. It's a pleasure for me to be here. Both Senator Nunn and Senator Lugar are close friends, and I look f [...]

Obama gives Patriot Act another year with no privacy protections

Author: Andrew McLemore Source: Raw Story Date: Feb 28, 2010 If the Patriot Act hadn't been approved for another year, Sunday would have looked much different. Sunday could have meant the government was no longer given permission to wiretap the phones of Americans and seize their records and property. But since the bill was approved by Congressional Democrats earlier this week and signed into law by President Obama on Saturday, this Sunday is just another Sunday for Americans living with the Patriot Act. To be fair, many Democrats asked for additional protections for the privacy rights of American citizens. But Republicans said that would detract from the ability of the country's intelligence agencies to track down terrorists. Lacking a 60-vote supermajority in the Senate to pass the bill with the extra provisions, Democrats left them out.

Arrested Terrorist Leader Exposes Extensive CIA Connections

Author: Steve Watson Source: PrisonPlanet Date: Friday, Feb 26th, 2010 Al Qaeda affiliate says his group was armed and assisted by U.S., Britain and Israel The leader of a Pakistan based terrorist organisation closely affiliated with Al Qaeda has detailed how his group benefited from extensive political and financial support from the CIA in return for continued attacks against the government, the people and the infrastructure of Iran. Abdolmalek Rigi, the leader of the Pakistan-based Jundullah terrorist organization was captured earlier this week by Iranian security officials in the south of the country. Rigi was tracked by Iranian intelligence when he boarded a flight from Dubai to Kyrgyzstan on Tuesday. According to officials, Rigi was using a forged Afghan passport which was issued to him by the U.S. government. The 31-year-old terror leader issued a statement on Iranian state TV yesterday, during which he alleged that he had made a pact with the U.S. for safe haven and unlimited military aid to pursue terrorist activities against the Iranian government. "They said they would cooperate with us and will give me military equipment, arms and machine guns. They also promised to give us a base along the border with Afghanistan next to Iran," Rigi said. "They [were] prepared to give [us] training and/or any assistance that [we] would require, in terms of telecommunications security and procedures as well as other support, the Americans said they would be willing to provide it at an extensive level," he added. Rigi indicated that the relationship with U.S. intelligence continued through the election of Barack Obama and up to the present day. Iranian officials paraded Rigi before the press and presented a photo they claim showed the terrorist leader entering a U.S. b [...]

Since paypal frozen our account for no reason, forget the money donations, donate through gifts and trade

Author: Brian D. Hill Since the government wants to monitor and control all financial transactions and paypal froze my account for no reason (probably because that stupid plane crasher Joe Stack probably visited my and other sites and paypal locked me because of his visitation to political websites like mine) so I no longer accept money donations for now until I find a solution other then paypal. So the only thing I accept now if gift based donations and thats it. If you have a old SDHC card or a old DV Camcorder that works good with blue screens because we are beginning a new project and that is using a blue screen to make our videoshows more professional and can use beautiful backgrounds that attract many viewers worldwide. Blue screens that I need are less then $20 and DV Camcorders are becoming very cheap but with stuff breaking down we can't afford that stuff and trying to earn money or gather donations has been shut down by the paypal police simply because we aren't a registered non profit (But we can't afford to pay large sums just to be registered and also we don't have a physical organization address) so if you seriously want to help us fight the new world order then all donations will have to be gift based donations. Also since our address doesn't want automated spam and junk letters if you want to make a donation then contact our gift donation address at donations@uswgo.com and once we receive it with what you want to donate and why then we will send you our address and then you can send us the gift and every gift we will appreciate but if you give us a gift thats on the list which we will update from time to time you qualify for free advertisement on our website through banner or button but will not be permanent because too many advertisements are against the rules at some places we can freely expose our website. So for those that wanted to donate but couldn't now you can do it knowing your money won't be taken away from us by the paypal pol [...]

Is America Becoming A Police State?

Author: Chuck Baldwin Source: Chuck Baldwin Live Date: Feb 27, 2010 There is a classic story about how no one had been able to capture a herd of wild hogs that was rooting up crops from numerous farms. It got so bad that rewards had been posted for anyone clever enough to corral the critters. But even this resulted in only limited success. One day a stranger (who was a wily old trapper) came into town and--entering the general store--ordered a truckload of fence posts and fencing, along with some feed. When asked what he was going to use it for, he said, "I'm going to get those wild hogs y'all are having trouble with." Of course, everyone in the store laughed at the overconfident stranger. A few weeks later, however, the stranger rode into town with the back of his truck tightly packed with the smelly swine. When asked how he was able to accomplish what no one else had been able to do, the old trapper replied, "Simple. I started putting the feed out in a small clearing and the hogs began freely eating the feed. It didn't take long and they were there every day. Then I put up the fence posts, but with no fencing. At first the hogs were a little skittish, but it wasn't long and they ignored the posts. Then I began putting the fence up, but I left the gate off. Again, the hogs were skittish at first, but soon realized they could come and go freely, and before long, they were devouring the free food with a vengeance. Then, one day when the hogs were aggressively consuming the vittles, I slammed the gate closed." Ladies and gentlemen, I submit that what the old trapper did to the wild hogs is exactly what our soon-to-be oppressors are doing to us! What is worse, most Americans seem about as oblivious to the whole thing as that bunch of pigs. For anyone who is paying attention, however, the signs of growing enslavement are everywhere. Fifty-six percent of Americans say the government poses an immediate threat to individual rights and freedoms.
Washington (CNN) – A majority of Americans think the federal government poses a threat to rights of Americans, according to a new national poll. Fifty-six percent of people questioned in a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey released Friday say they think the federal government's become so large and powerful that it poses an immediate threat to the rights and freedoms of ordinary citizens. Forty-four percent of those polled disagree. The survey indicates a partisan divide on the question: only 37 percent of Democrats, 63 percent of Independents and nearly 7 in 10 Republicans say the federal government poses a threat to the rights of Americans. According to CNN poll numbers released Sunday, Americans overwhelmingly think that the U.S. government is broken - though the public overwhelmingly holds out hope that what's broken can be fixed. The CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll was conducted February 12-15, with 1,023 adult Americans questioned by telephone. The survey's sampling error is plus or minus 3 percentage points for the overall survey.

Cybersecurity bill to give president new emergency powers

Author: Tony Romm Source: The Hill Date: Feb 27, 2010 The president would have the power to safeguard essential federal and private Web resources under draft Senate cybersecurity legislation. According to an aide familiar with the proposal, the bill includes a mandate for federal agencies to prepare emergency response plans in the event of a massive, nationwide cyberattack. The president would then have the ability to initiate those network contingency plans to ensure key federal or private services did not go offline during a cyberattack of unprecedented scope, the aide said. Ultimately, the legislation is chiefly the brainchild of Sens. Jay Rockefeller (D-W.Va.) and Olympia Snowe (R-Maine), the chairman and ranking member of the Senate Commerce Committee, respectively. Both lawmakers have long clamored for a federal cybersecurity bill, charging that current measures — including the legislation passed by the House last year — are too piecemeal to protect the country's Web infrastructure.

Supreme Court puts expiration date on 'right to remain silent'

The justices rule that a suspect who invokes that protection can be questioned again after 14 days. Author: David G. Savage Source: The LA Times Date: February 25, 2010 Reporting from Washington — A crime suspect who invokes his "right to remain silent" under the famous Miranda decision can be questioned again after 14 days, the Supreme Court ruled Wednesday. And if he freely agrees to talk then, his incriminatory statements can be used against him. In a 9-0 decision in a Maryland child-abuse case, the high court overturned a rule set in 1981 that barred the police from questioning a suspect once he had asked to remain silent and to speak with a lawyer.

Article Continues Below!!!

USWGOSubscribe Known as the "Edwards rule," it was intended to prevent investigators from "badgering" a suspect who was held in jail after he had invoked his Miranda rights. In some cases, police had awakened a suspect in the middle of the night and asked him again to waive his rights and to admit to a crime. In recent years, the rule has been understood to prevent police from ever requestioning a freed suspect, even for other crimes in other places. The justices said Wednesday that although the rule made sense for suspects who were held in jail, it did not make sense for suspects who had gone free. "In a country that harbors a large number of repeat offenders, the consequence [of this no-further-questioning rule] is disastrous," Justice Antonin Scalia said. China's military warns Washington, denies hacking

Reuters> Wed, Feb 24 2010 BEIJING (Reuters) - China's military warned the United States on Thursday to "speak and act cautiously" to avoid reigniting tensions between the two powers, denying the People's Liberation Army played a part in Internet hacking. Huang Xueping, spokesman for the Chinese Ministry of Defense, said his government would not reverse its decision to suspend "bilateral military plans" with Washington after it said in late January that it would sell $6.4 billion of arms to Taiwan, the self-ruled island Beijing claims as its own. In January, the giant Internet search company Google Inc threatened to pull back from China after complaining of censorship and hacking attacks on it and other companies. Analysts said those attacks were sophisticated operations, possibly overseen or abetted by the Chinese military. The hacking dispute has added to tensions with Washington over quarrels ranging from trade and the Chinese currency to a meeting last week between U.S. President Barack Obama and exiled Tibetan leader the Dalai Lama, who China reviles as a "separatist" for demanding self-rule for his homeland. Huang's remarks, reported by the official Xinhua news agency, shed no new light on how China plans to act on its threats to punish U.S. companies involved in arms sales to Taiwan. But his comments indicated China has not entirely put aside public ire with Washington, despite allowing a U.S. aircraft carrier to visit Hong Kong last week. "China demands that the U.S. speak and act cautiously, to avoid causing further damage to relations between the two countries and their militaries," said Huang. "Linking Internet hacking activities to the Chinese government and military is totally unfounded and utterly irresponsible," he said. "This is stirring up a fuss for ulterior motives." The Internet hacking dispute made fresh headlines recently after reports that the attacks had been traced to two schools in China, and that the write [...]

Our Country has become exactly like or worse then Great Britain

Author: Brian D. Hill Our country has become just as bad as or even more worse then Great Britain and before I tell you why I will first tell you why we left Britain. We left Britain because of too much taxes and the fact it was going to the rich of Great Britain, persecution, the beheading of political adversaries like King Charles I, surveillance, and the fact their country was no longer free plus their king didn't care about it's people. So the reason we have become just as bad as Great Britain or maybe even far worse then them is because we are gaining more surveillance then even during the old times of Great Britain, we keep getting more and more taxes and they don't cover federal fees in many government services (Heck I have to pay loads just to register my non-profit organization which further puts me under government watch), people are being persecuted randomly, and our country keeps losing more and more freedoms and rights. So our country has become a shadow copy of Great Britain and none of the Americans know it or maybe they do and thats why we keep doing the failed tea parties but the reason they keep failing is because our political adversaries have learned about the tea parties and how to destroy them and that is by biasing them and making them look bad. Also Patrick Henry Jolly a dissident of The Patrick Henry from 1776 remade the famous Patrick Henry speech and even alerted us that we are facing the same dilemma as during the times of the revolutionary war and his speech is already on USWGO's news channel and I even interviewed him as well last year. The world's most corrupt countries

by Daniel Fisher, Forbes.com Tuesday, February 23, 2010 Corruption is hardly a victimless crime. A major contributor to the massive death toll from the Haiti earthquake was shoddily constructed buildings that couldn't have been erected under the oversight of professional and honest inspectors. Haiti ranked as the 10th most corrupt country in Transparency International's most recent corruption perception index. Globally, amid economic troubles, corruption seems to be one of the few things that has grown. Transparency International's latest corruption index shows that 75 of 180 countries surveyed scored below 3 on a 10-point scale of governmental honesty, an increase from 72 countries in 2008. There were a lot of repeat offenders, including perennially corrupt nations like Somalia, Iran and Venezuela. Russia slipped a notch to rank 147th with a corruption index score of 2.2. The U.S. can't afford to be smug, as it also fell one place to 19th with a score of 7.3. (Blame Congress: Surveys show "the legislature is perceived as the institution most affected by corruption" in the U.S., Transparency International said.) Chronic goodie-two-shoes New Zealand came in first with a score of 9.4, with Denmark in second with a score of 9.3, unchanged from 2008. At the other end of the scale was Somalia, which barely qualifies as a nation given its nonstop civil wars and economy based mostly on spectacular acts of piracy. Corruption is a fixture in countries like Egypt, India, Indonesia, Morocco and Pakistan, where 60% of executives surveyed reported having been solicited for a bribe. Transparency International figures bribes consume an estimated US$20 billion to US$40 billion a year worldwide, money that could be used for productive investment and jobs. And broadening the definition just a bit, Transparency International warns that excessive pay, opaque financial structures and offshore havens from financial regulation all work to undermine honesty thro [...]

Torture will never work and you can see why

Author: Brian D. Hill I have decided to release a online statement myself about the subject of torture and yes this is related to Goya's Ghosts from 2006 as well. If I were tortured if I cannot take it I would admit to anything even if it wasn't true. This proves that the use of torture against a suspect is very unreliable and very stupid. Torture hurts people, puts them through unavoidable misery and does nothing to curb terrorism but makes it even more of a threat. Torture does nothing to get the truth out of somebody and is unreliable. Heck even I would admit to anything then when I goto court then yell to the judge that I was tortured and only admitted to the crime to stop being tortured so torture is a horrible way to gather confessions and evidence unless your goal was to gather a fake confession. Torture was used by the Church Administration to control their members and they usually strip their captives naked and let them sit and get raped in prison while in the nude. Torture never works and usually gets false confessions and thats why it shouldn't be used. Torture makes me hurt inside and thats just from seeing it and how on damn earth can torture be the best way to fight terrorism and prosecute them. It makes me hate this government that torture is being practiced in the 21st century.I hope torture can end because if it doesn't then we are no different then murderous raping raging animals that we claim we're not in a civilized society with laws. Water TortureTorture makes us no different then wild animals that do whatever they want and thats what we will become if we keep accepting and promoting torture as a way to combat terrorism. One day innocent people like me may be tortured and when that day comes suicides will rise like crazy in fact [...]

If paypal wants my personal info they can kiss my 'donkey'

Author: Brian D. Hill I have now tied together that the same thing that happened to me with my organizations account being frozen happened to Wikileaks last month and so I know the US Government is on a manhunt against us political organizations by first making us register and once we do that they can assemble their assassin teams after us. Well heres our message to paypal. We will never give out any more information to those bozos for our political organization and they can kiss our 'donkey' before I will ever tell them about my organization. Thats the first step to targeting me is by the government getting me to willfully give out my organizations practices information. Yeah I know they have Mount Weather, the CIA, top secret NSA Spy devices and Norad but they still want people to willfully give up more personal information to attack those that advise to go up and rise up against the global elite that has been stealing from the American people. I won't back down and they don't scare me because I know if we fail to fight they will terminate our lives regardless of whether we fight the system or not so I am fighting and am not willing to die as a government slave. I want to die as a free man so tell paypal they can go f themselves and I won't give them any information because I committed no crime, and so I don't deserve being treated like a common crook or con artist. I ran this political organization for a long while so f them if they locked down my account. I never intended to do anything wrong and illegal so paypal sucks for what they did to my account and trying to get it back is utterly futile so I am just going to create a personal account and use that instead. I will die before I tell the US Government any information regarding my organization. I have a right to not inform or misinform the enemy especially if they want to kill me just like during t [...]

Paypal Froze my non profit USWGO Account, requires information about my operations

Author: Brian D. Hill When I first read it I thought it was a scam but then I found out that days after the Austin Plane Crash suicide attack against the IRS the government has been stepping up their security and surveillance efforts and my paypal account has been targeted by paypal but I know it is the government cracking down on organizations like mine so I am creating a personal account and not using it for my organization to gather a few finances to keep up the fight against the elite. It sickens me that they want me to give up personal information about my organization. I don't really like verification because then the US Government has my organizations information secured in paypals system and that's the first step before extermination is complete and total registration. Once I give the US Government or Government controlled banks my personal information or how I run my unregistered non profit political (anti-elitist) organization (I don't want to register, I don't have the money to make it a official non profit, d@mn those money grubbing pirates) then this means the US Government can take me down at any time they request it and all they need is to declare me a enemy or terrorist and they can easily take any donations I get away from me. This is ridiculous and I will pay my taxes but I don't want the US Government constantly tracking how much my political organization may receive and want to know my activities because that's the first start before a military style attack against me. First they need to know all about me and then they can persecute (they like to call it prosecute) me since they have all this information on me. It's sad when anytime I want to earn even a tiny tiny bit of money to give to my organization to help me in my fight against the gangster elite the US Government wants to know all about my money usages and how I run my political organization probably so they can target me. I will find another way to get a little money to help [...]

More facual evidence to support my 'Haiti was attacked theory'

Author: Brian D. Hill A short article as an extension to another article on Haiti I written to combine more evidece and facts to support my theory that Haiti was attacked by a tectonic weapon. In Response to: I believe the incident at Haiti was caused by a Tectonic Weapon I have found more evidence as a response, and as a addon to my theory that Haiti was attacked by a weapon but it may not be just some tectonic weapon that it could be a eco-terrorist weapon. The response I have is a quote from a ex-Secretary of Defense William Cohen that said this in his 1997 Cohen address speech.
Q: Let me ask you specifically about last week's scare here in Washington, and what we might have learned from how prepared we are to deal with that (inaudible), at B'nai Brith. A: Well, it points out the nature of the threat. It turned out to be a false threat under the circumstances. But as we've learned in the intelligence community, we had something called -- and we have James Woolsey here to perhaps even address this question about phantom moles. The mere fear that there is a mole within an agency can set off a chain reaction and a hunt for that particular mole which can paralyze the agency for weeks and months and years even, in a search. The same thing is true about just the false scare of a threat of using some kind of a chemical weapon or a biological one. There are some reports, for example, that some countries have been trying to construct something like an Ebola Virus, and that would be a very dangerous phenomenon, to say the least. Alvin Toeffler has written about this in terms of some scientists in their laboratories trying to devise certain types of pathogens that would be ethnic-specific so [...]

Did we ever really have capitalism to begin with?

Author: Brian D. Hill This whole article states one fact, that capitalism really doesn't exist that we are under the illusion that capitalism has caused evilness and greed and that capitalism must be stopped and we must build socialism where the pursuit of happiness is not allowed or dictated by our government but in reality capitalism doesn't exist anymore because free competitive capitalism doesn't exist and our government has played a huge role in squashing competition and threats to the high up corporations and executives. It seems like so many people including Michael Moore seems to be more into socialist type of governments because of how bad and corrupt capitalism is getting or so it seems but did we ever really have open and highly competitive market type of capitalism or is it something more then just capitalism. Some act like capitalism is why corporations are getting away with murder and that we need the government to decide what money is fair to the people but accepting that type of government system is the worst thing anyone can do especially after the aftermath of Hitlers Jew, Seniors and disabled killing regime. The problem with Michael Moore and other peoples theories with the socialists and democrats being better because they hate capitalism is exaggerated because I don't believe we ever had capitalism because of conspiracies by our government to wipe out competition and threats to corporations have always happened for centuries. So it isn't capitalism that is corrupt because it is the fact that our government has meddled in mafia style affairs long before the modern days and one of those examples was Royal Raymond Rife which was harassed by the government and had his research lab destroyed and the police did nothing to help him simply because he wanted to cure all illnesses in the early 30's. So political corruption is behind why capitalism is failing and it isn't it alone. So if our government created huge messes during capitalism then w [...]

Sudden disappearance of Deep River scientist mystifies colleagues

160_ott_lachlan_cranswick_100203 Sun Feb 21, 3:40 PM By The Canadian Press TORONTO - There are still no leads in the case of an eastern Ontario scientist who disappeared without a trace last month, leaving his colleagues mystified. Lachlan Cranswick hasn't been seen since Jan. 18, when he left work at the National Research Council's Canadian Neutron Beam Centre in Chalk River, northwest of Ottawa. His nearby Deep River house was reportedly left unlocked and his car was in the garage. His wallet, keys and passport have all been accounted for. Media reports indicate police have exhausted all avenues, but still cannot piece together the whereabouts of the 41-year-old physicist. "It is pretty much a mystery," colleague Daniel Banks said in an interview. "Nobody noticed anything was wrong... He didn't seem to be depressed or anything like that." Banks affectionately described Cranswick as a safety conscious "nerd" who didn't go anywhere without his cell phone and GPS. "If his friends were over, he would make them take a breathalyzer before leaving the house," he added. "He was very conscientious that way. It just seems odd that he would have taken any unnecessary risks." The Australian native had been working at the NRC facility for seven years after leaving a job in England. Banks said Cranswick lived alone in nearby Deep River. His job involved collaborating with visiting scientists from across Canada and around the world who would come to the lab to use its specialized equipment. His older brother Rupert recently visited from Australia to take care of Cranswick's personal affairs including his home, Banks said. "People describe him as being a typically quiet person except when it comes to talking about work and [...]

RAW DATA: Joseph Stack's Suicide Manifesto

Author: Joseph Stack Source: Fox News Date: Thursday, February 18, 2010 Note from USWGO Founder: I know the Illuminati will twist the irs event to make the truthers and peaceful activists look bad so it's only fair the whole manifesto gets pasted from his offline website so people can see how much he got so stressed that he lost it because the system is so corrupt that is no longer helping the people that elected the system. The system is becoming a violent terrible tyrannical monster that must be overthrown or else more crazy events and suicides will get even more frequent until we emerge into a full blooded police state where we are all beaten up by the mafia style system and the governments start abusing women and children or worse. If you're reading this, you're no doubt asking yourself, "Why did this have to happen?" The simple truth is that it is complicated and has been coming for a long time. The writing process, started many months ago, was intended to be therapy in the face of the looming realization that there isn't enough therapy in the world that can fix what is really broken. Needless to say, this rant could fill volumes with example after example if I would let it. I find the process of writing it frustrating, tedious, and probably pointless… especially given my gross inability to gracefully articulate my thoughts in light of the storm raging in my head. Exactly what is therapeutic about that I'm not sure, but desperate times call for desperate measures. We are all taught as children that without laws there would be no society, only anarchy. Sadly, starting at early ages we in this country have been brainwashed to believe that, in return for our dedication and service, our government stands for justice for all. We are further brainwashed to believe that there is freedom in this place, and that we should be ready to lay our lives down for [...]

Pilot Crashes Into Texas Building in Apparent Anti-IRS Suicide

Author: Michelle Maskaly Source: Fox News Date: Thursday, February 18, 2010 My Response: The Austin Plane Crash Suicide attack against the IRS may be used to take more of our rights away A pilot furious with the Internal Revenue Service crashed his small plane into an Austin, Texas, office building where nearly 200 federal tax employees work on Thursday, igniting a raging fire that sent massive plumes of thick, black smoke rising from the seven-story structure. Austin Police Chief Art Acevedo said the incident was a single act by a sole individual, who appeared to be targeting the federal building. He refused to classify it as terrorism. "I call it a cowardly, criminal act and there was no excuse for it," Acevedo said at a news conference. The FBI identified the pliot as Joseph Stack, a 53-year-old software engineer. Stack was confirmed dead, but his body has not yet been recovered. At least one person who worked in the building was unaccounted for and two people were hospitalized, thirteen others were treated and released said Austin Fire Department Division Chief Dawn Clopton. Emergency crews found two bodies in the building late Thursday evening, but wouldn't identify them. Texas Republican Congressman Michael McCaul told reported the incident was, "not tied to overseas terror organizations." A U.S. law official said investigators were looking at a lengthy, anti-government "manifesto" Stack is believed to have written on his Web site. The message outlines problems with the IRS and says violence "is the only answer." Cli [...]

The Austin Plane Crash Suicide attack against the IRS may be used to take more of our rights away

Author: Brian D. Hill The Austin Plane crash that has happened yesterday on February 18 2010 looks like another attempt to use terrorism to bring more airport security and tyranny to America. It seems like our government is having fun using terrorists and natural disasters (Like Haiti?) lately to gain more supreme power, rob tax paying Americans blind, and to take away more of our freedoms. Since the pilot intentionally set off this attack using small aircraft and theres reports that the California Secretary of states records mentioned that Stack had a troubled business history and the starting software companies in California were ultimately suspended by the states Franchise tax board, this will mean that the National Security Agency or White House may declare this as another 9/11 style terrorist attack. If that is true then we may end up losing loads more rights then ever then during the Bush Administration. It's already looking like it's considered a terrorist attack after Austin Rep. Doggett calls plane crash 'domestic terrorism' and I'm sure even if it's not that people are automatically gonna scream "ahhhhh!!! it's the terrorists, run everybody! Lets get the big bad tyrannical security teams and get rid of the troubling Constitution!!! lets strip our clothes off and let them touch and search our bodies for our dear nation!" and that will be people reactions to this event. Brian Hill (Me) quotes "How many more natural (More like Unnatural!) disasters and terrorist attacks are they going to use to sway the voters to giving up the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Declaration of Independence for a high security highly guarded new world order police state run by a bunch of super rich elitsist that don't give a damn about any huma [...]

Fourth Amendment Trashed As Airport Tyranny Hits The Streets

Guilty until proven innocent: Unconstitutional searches, pat-downs, sniffer dogs arrive at bus depots Fourth Amendment Trashed As Airport Tyranny Hits The Streets 180210top Author: Paul Joseph Watson Source: Prison Planet.com Date: Thursday, February 18, 2010

Tampa police, TSA and Homeland Security agents are teaming up "to keep your family safe," according to ABC News, by implementing random searches at bus depots, in yet another example of how airport tyranny is being rolled out onto the streets.

"Bomb sniffing dogs, pat-downs and metal detector wanding, gloved inspections of hand-held bags" are all now going to become a routine part of everyday life as the Fourth Amendment is completely trashed in the name of "security".

ABC even found a regular Joe to assure us that feds making us turn out our pockets and frisking us like criminals was a good thing because it prevented us from being "blown up".

Senator Evan Bayh's departure sparks debate about partisanship in Congress

Author: Dan Balz, Washington Post Staff Writer Source: The Washington Post Date: Wednesday, February 17, 2010 Sen. Evan Bayh's surprise decision not to seek reelection touched off a debate Tuesday among strategists and scholars about whether the Indiana senator's depiction of the "brain dead" politics and hyper-partisanship of Congress is accurate or overblown -- and, if accurate, whether walking away was the right decision. Bayh dealt a triple blow to his Democratic Party and to President Obama with his announcement Monday that he is sick of the partisanship in Washington and will not seek a third term. The decision put his seat -- and, some forecasters said, possibly his party's Senate majority -- in jeopardy, sent a discomforting message to already demoralized Democrats about this year's political climate and reminded voters that Obama has yet to usher in the post-partisan era, a major theme of his 2008 campaign. But it was as much Bayh's stated reasons for leaving as the consequences that stirred controversy. "If in fact he believed that the Senate was broken and dysfunctional, then he had a responsibility to stand and man the pumps rather than run for the lifeboat," said Ross Baker, a p [...]

Sen. Evan Bayh to retire, blasting dysfunctional Congress

Author: n\a Source: USAToday Date: Feb 15, 2010 10:44AM Fox News is reporting that Democratic Sen. Evan Bayh of Indiana will retire in 2010. Update at 11:01 a.m. ET: The Indianapolis Star reports that Bayh, in prepared remarks, says that his passion for service is undiminished "but  my desire to do so in Congress has waned. "
Bayh to give a news conference at 2 p.m. ET
"My decision was not motivated by political concern," the 54-year-old senator added, The Star reports. "Even in the current challenging environment, I am confident in my prospects for re-election." update at 11"08 a.m. ET:  Here is another excerpt from  Bayh's remarks, according to the Star:
"Two weeks ago, the Senate voted down a bipartisan commission to deal with one of the greatest threats facing our nation: our exploding deficits and debt. The measure would have passed, but seven members who had endorsed the idea instead voted 'no' for short-term political reasons. Just last week, a major piece of legislation to create jobs — the public's top priority — fell apart amid complaints from both the left and right. All of this and much more has led me to believe that there are better ways to serve my fellow citizens, my beloved state, and our nation than continued service in Congress."

My observations on the Norway Spiral being an actual wormhole

Author: Brian D. Hill

After closely examining the structure of the Spiral in the sky of Norway I can rule out that it doesn't look like a rocket failure because the rocket failures I have seen shown on the image below titled A that shows what usually happens when a rocket goes out of control and creates a spiral swirl of cloud dust.

So the rocket failures that happened in China and Russia look nothing like the spiral in the sky in Norway. There's been many theories about what really happened in Norway.

Well the DailyMail in the UK had a quote I will show you below before continuing with my observations

"The mystery began when a blue light seemed to soar up from behind a mountain in the north of the country. It stopped mid-air, then began to move in circles. Within seconds a giant spiral had covered the entire sky."

So this blue spiral beam soared up to the sky, stopped in mid air, and then that part of the sky started to form a spira [...]

The Ficticious Legal Entity Called "a Person"

Col. House (Col. House, left, puppeteer of Presidents) What they DON'T want us to Know!! On JeffRense.com today by Paul Verge A quote, famously attributed to Rothschild agent Col. Edward House, but rarely understood except by "one man in a million" envisages people as collateral on the national debt: "[Very] soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a National system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect our security as a chargeback for our fiat paper currency. Every American will be forced to register or suffer not being able to work and earn a living. They will be our chattel, and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions. Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured by their pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two would figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability. After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debt to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap to us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor or to this fraud which we will call "Social Insurance." Without realizing it, every American will insure us for any loss we may incur and in this manner; every American will unknowingly be [...]

Half of women think that rape victims are to blame for their attack, a study has shown. More than one in ten said that dancing provocatively, flirting or wearing revealing clothing made them partly responsible. This blame culture is deterring victims from reporting the crime, according to the sexual assault clinics that carried out the poll. Alarmingly, they also found that one in three men claimed they didn't think it was rape if they made their partner have sex when they didn't want to. Thirteen per cent of men admitted having sex with a partner who was too drunk to know what was happening. The poll of 1,000 adults found that 54 per cent of women believe rape victims should be held accountable for their attack. Women were more likely than men to blame victims, with those aged between 18 and 24 the most likely to judge. Twenty-four per cent of this age group said wearing a short skirt, accepting a drink or having a conversation with the rapist made victims partly responsible. Nearly a fi [...]

ACLU Objects to Reported Google Partnership With NSA

Author: Grant Gross, IDG News Service Source: PCWorld Date: February 10, 2010 1:50 PM The American Civil Liberties Union is asking its members to contact Google executives and ask them not to work with the U.S. National Security Agency to investigate cyberattacks allegedly coming from China. The civil liberties advocacy group, in an e-mail sent to members this week, asked them to object to the "troubling" partnership. The Washington Post reported last Thursday that Google and the NSA were drafting an agreement in which the spy agency would help the company investigate a major cyberattack that allegedly originated from within China. "Google -- the world's largest search engine company with access to intimate details of our lives -- is negotiating an electronic surveillance deal with the National Security Agency -- the world's largest spying network," said the ACLU letter to members. "The implications of this deal are very troubling. The NSA ... is an intelligence collection agency with few effective checks against abuse and no public oversight of its activities." The NSA has conducted surveillance on U.S. residents without court-ordered warrants, the ACLU letter noted. The NSA ran a terrorist surveillance program that targeted the phone calls and e-mail messages of some U.S. residents following the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the U.S.

Justice Dept. defends warrantless cell phone tracking

Author: Declan McCullagh Source: CNET News Date: February 13, 2010 9:25 AM PST
The FBI and other police agencies don't need to obtain a search warrant to learn the locations of Americans' cell phones, the U.S. Department of Justice told a federal appeals court in Philadelphia on Friday. A Justice Department attorney told the Third Circuit Court of Appeals that there is no constitutional problem with obtaining records from cellular providers that can reveal the approximate locations of handheld and mobile devices. (See CNET's previous article.) There "is no constitutional bar" to acquiring "routine business records held by a communications service provider," said Mark Eckenwiler, a senior attorney in the criminal division of the Justice Department. He added, "The government is not required to use a warrant when it uses a tracking device." This is the first federal appeals court to address warrantless location tracking, which raises novel issues of government surveillance and whether Americans have a reasonable expectation of privacy in their--or at least their cell phones' --whereabouts. Judge Dolores Sloviter sharply questioned Eckenwiler, saying that location data can reveal whether people "have been at a protest, or at a meeting, or at a political meeting" and that rogue governments could misuse that information. (See transcript excerpts below.) Just a few years ago, tracking phones was the stuff of thrillers like "Enemy of the State" or "Live Free or Die Hard." Now, even though police are tapping into the locations of mobile phones thousands of times a year, the legal ground rule [...]

Why can't our Politicians be more like the grail kings?

Author: Brian D. Hill I wonder why cannot our Politicians be more like the grail kings before Britain became corrupt just like our country. If you all wonder who the grail kings are, they were a group of dissenting kings that instead of just exercising power and authority they actually fought for the people while the parliament did all the government work. I ask all politicians including Obama why Not actually just fight for the people in congress instead of exercising extreme power and wanting your agendas passed. I don't want a strip search and police state but a leader that is willing to fight for the people and never be selfish, and that their well being comes second after the people are happy with their leader. Also why can't the Constitution be followed by all of those in Washington D.C. and not just them but state governments as well. The Constitution is important to the people because without it people can be arrested at random for their political opinions and protests can lead to imprisonment and executions. That's why we rebelled against Britain, that's why our ancestors committed treason and attacked the British while they came here. Some would argue that they committed terrorism but it was necessary for our fore fathers to commit treason back then because their government became broken and no longer honored the grail king line where kings fight for the people instead of wanting power. The whole reason for the revolution I discovered when looking back at my ancestry was because of King George the III and King George the II which spread out propaganda (Just like Bush and Obama) to get King Charles executed which ended the peoples last attempt to fix their political system and after that the people (including George Washington which was apart of a militia I found from a current tv video) decided to rebel (some sheeple can argue terrorism :( ) against the British government and left their country and moved to the new world and battled against Great [...]

Hill on Brian Hill's VideoShow Source: YouTube: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4 Date: Released February 11 and produced 4 parts to February 13 2010 - Filmed on February 9 2010 I bring out my opinions that our rights are being further eroded as a new controversial law in South Carolina http://www.scstatehouse.gov/code/t23c029.htm that forces all subversive organizations, teaches, advisors, and anybody even teaching or suggesting controlling and/or overthrowing the United States Government to register with the secretary of state which brings us closer to the banning of dissent which takes away our Declaration Of Independence rights which founded our country and government that gives us the right to alter or abolish the United States Federal Government. If a government becomes corrupt we have a right to overthrow or change our government and that to keep our rights governments are instituted upon man but when a government becomes destructive of those ends we have a right to alter or abolish the government. I talk all about that our rights to stop bad governments are being further taken away and that China which is very communistic has a law against subversive activities and even arrests bloggers  which shows you in countries where it's illegal to overthrow the government has become socialistic, communistic, or even a dictatorship. We must be careful how to stop terrorism because we may end up losing our freedoms, rights, and pursuit of happiness in the process. Colonel told police of break-ins:

Colonel Russ Williams on left ReportPublished On Wed Feb 10 2010 By Jennifer Yang and Raveena Aulakh Staff Reporters Col. Russell Williams is sitting in a provincial prison under close watch Wednesday, although authorities declined to say where. The once high-flying career military officer told investigators about four dozen break-ins in addition to the crimes he has been charged with, published reports say. Williams, who has been charged with first-degree murder in the deaths of two women and the sexual assaults of two others, described the string of break-ins that followed the same pattern: stolen lingerie and lots of photographs, the Globe and Mail reported, quoting several sources. He is also alleged to have told police he photographed the two break-ins that led to the rapes and the two murders of women. He has been denied bail on those four charges and remains in custody until his next hearing on Feb. 18. The Globe said Williams gave police a long and far-ranging confession in a business-like manner. Meanwhile, the arrest of the high-profile military superstar has cracked open a Pandora's box of cold-case murders as police in at least three provinces search for potential links to the recent slayings of the two women in Ontario. Hours after Monday's announcement that police had arrested the 46-year-old Williams, a decorated career officer, police forces began reopening cases of unsolved homicides involving young women in areas where Williams had been previously stationed. The colonel, who took over command of 8 Wing/CFB Trenton in July, has enjoyed an illustrious military career that has taken him across the country and even overseas. Ontario Provincial Police say several connecting factors ultimately led them to Williams, but are refusing to divulge any specifics, only citing geography as one of the c [...]

Think Government Is Corrupt? You May Face 10 Years In Jail

South Carolina forces "subversives" to register with the authorities or do hard time Think Government Is Corrupt? You May Face 10 Years In Jail 080210top2 Author: Paul Joseph Watson Source: Prison Planet Date: Monday, February 8, 2010

Subversives who think government is corrupt and should be controlled by the people face 10 years in prison and a $25,000 dollar fine if they fail to register with authorities in South Carolina, in another chilling example of how free speech and dissent is being criminalized in America.

The state's "Subversive Activities Registration Act" is now officially on the books and mandates that "Every member of a subversive organization, or an organization subject to foreign control, every foreign agent and every person who advocates, teaches, advises or practices the duty, necessity or propriety of controlling, conducting, seizing or overthrowing the government of the United States … shall register with the Secretary of State."

Of course, the right to overthrow a government that has become corrupt, abusive and completely unrepresentative of its electorate is enshrined in the Declaration of Independence – that's how America came to be a Republic in the first place – advocating or teaching that the people should "control" the government via their elected representatives is a basic function of a democratic society, but this law effectively makes it a terrorist offense.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, th [...]
