Rise of the Copygate Scandal, RIAA encouraged file sharing to pass SOPA/PIPA

Hill Copygate, like Watergate, and even Climategate, is now being revealed by the YouTube user , regarding the Recording Industry Association of America, it's ties with Viacom/CBS, and it's promotion of illicit copyright infringement on file sharing networks in order to sue hundreds of thousands to millions of American file sharers for profit, and to pass laws further restricting the Internet to a Chinese like model. Even the head of the MPAA that was once a former U.S. senator, seem to favor a Chinese style censorship system.

According to the YouTube video below, a independent researcher claims to have evidence that Viacom, CBS, along with their usages of CNet Downloads, are the ones that openly distributed P2P File sharing technology and even encouraged illegal file sharing in order to make money off of suing file sharers that committed Federal Copyright Infringement under case law, and to propose that the U.S. Congress pass corrupt legislation to turn the Internet in America into a Chinese style censorship mod [...]
